Lovin the G Love

You know how there is that one band or artist that you just keep coming back to? Does that happen to anyone else? I first got into G. Love working at WdSR. One of our friends was a Sony rep and she brought G. Love (and Special Sauce, and the entire band) to our favorite dive bar. It was pandemonium, even though we barely knew who they were.

Ever since (I think that must have been 94), G Love's albums keep popping into my life and I fall for them all over again. Thanks to Shawn (who incidentally was at that bar 10 years ago) I was just presented with G Love's new album: Hustle. It's good baby, it's good. I'm grooving away. It's a mood matcher for sure.
