And you thought George W. Bush was just an idiot. Maybe not. An article in the Boston Globe makes the case that he's actually suffering from "presenile dementia ". Luckily his life partner is there to help him out during these tough times.

I saw that article too. It's fascinating to hear from the guy who watched him through the nineties and said that he used to be eloquent. The good Professor Cole also had an interesting comment about what years of substance abuse might do to a person's cognitive facilities and his overall personality. It may take a couple more years, but I'll report back to you when I find out. :?)
