Why are we all so un-selfaware? Can you lie to yourself? Are you ever really lying to yourself or is it that you're ignoring your better judgment? You know judgment - that little tiny voice in the back of your head.

What's worse lying to yourself or being lied to by someone else?

Two things that make me question former assumptions:

1. John Kerry's new "presidential" hair- it totally changed in like two days. It's like he went to the Electibility Salon. I wonder if they poll hair styles.

2. The snuggle bear - he's a lot more fuzzy than he used to be. Also, what's up with snuggle's fixation on Shar peis. Sunggle loves Shar peis in the flowery fields and on the sandy beaches. Then there is the sickly snuggle recall.

Ok, if you have yet to see the creepiness, feast your eyes on this.

When I look at that web site, I get the same feeling I get when I see the men by Marymoor with their foam swords. It's a feeling of both awe and deep shame.

Happy birthday to me. It was a great wacky weekend of birthday fun. Now I'm really tired - must be since I'm such an old lady now. That must be it.
