Music from the Trailer

So tonight is the night of my big Xmas party. The theme being Trailer Trash (as an excuse to serve wine from a box). I've got things organized, just need to so some cleaning and last minute decorating. I'm trying to find the perfect wreath to hang on the door, hopefully something plastic and frosted. Also, I have several meat items in the house, manifesting themselves in curious and unusal ways.

I'm stuck on music though. I need suggestions. What music should we listen to tonight?

It's pineappley outside

You live in a place for 6 years and you think you know all the local jargon. Well here is a new one, well new to me. I just discovered we're in the middle of a Pineapple Express

And it sure is pineappley outside. There are puddles the size of Hawaii in the middle of the street and the SPU folks are out dredging the rotting clumps of leaves from the drains. All the trees in the neighborhood are naked. And the plastic santa's are out. This weather is really similar to how it felt a year ago when I moved in and I wondered how it would all look if we could just make it to Spring. Now I know. It's breathtaking. Better than I had imaginged. So, if we can just make it through another Winter.

I thought Seattle was dog friendly

Getting ready for the Xmas holiday up north and checking out off leash areas for Sass. There are 29 in downtown Vancouver. As if I need another reason to move there.

Keeping the biggest ass of them all

Looks like we'll get to see this psycho's face for up to four more years

Two of my favorites

It's nice that they like each other so much.

I Heart Rummage

Do you? Do you heart rummage? I really want to know, cause if you don't then I feel like you are just leading me on. You can be real with me. Tell me how you heart it, how you can't live without it.

I heart rummage. And if it is anything like last year's they'll be a crop of cutie artist selling their wares for cheap. Although it feels odd to be at the Croc in daylight and without splitting your ear drums open in enjoyment of loud, loud rock. It's good.
