Summer Adventure 05

Well last year it was Alaska and an amazing trip that'll be hard to top. This year we've been around the world with the list of contenders for this summer's July trip. First it was going to be Vietnam, but airfare was just too much for two soon to be grad students. Then we were going to drive down the coast to Mexico, so the Sass could come too, but after doing the research and thinking about the fact we only have one month it would mean more driving than vacationing, which doesn't sound like the most fun. Also, with the price of gas these days, it doesn't really make it a cheap trip. Then...the next idea was to fly to Mexico to explore Baja. But now...now the final, idea. I've got my tickets and everyhing.

We'll be jetting off to Costa Rica. It really is all about the water. Since it's the green season, we'll certainly get wet. But snorkeling and surfing are supposed to be extrodinary.
