An unhealthy obsession
I do have a big mad love for the Olympic games, even the opening cermonies, even the emotionally manipulative television coverage, even the ski hippies who confess to being wasted on the slopes. I love it all. And Turin looks like it's off to a big old gay start.
So I'll be enjoying the nonstop sportage for the next couple of weeks and trying to determine which is better: summer or winter games.
What do you think?

but if you argue only winter then you miss some essential things like the swimming (syncronized and lap). i love the diving.
but i think winter has a slight edge. Curling of course, is the best thing ever. Also those crazy ski combo things where you have to x country ski for so many miles then shoot at a target. that rules too.
mmm, movie room. that would be fun. we should look at ye old schedule and pick a sport to watch.

Haha. For the record I'm not the anonymous Steeler fan. Though I would love to see Olympic Football! Not really sure if it would take off. I think only Canada, Japan, and a handfull of European countries, and maybe Austrailia play American Rules football. And with the beating you take, it would be hard to play so many games in such a short span. Maybe arena football in the Summer games...
Oh wait. You were kidding weren't you...
