Nibbling things

I recently read that the latest hot trend is to get a pedicure with live fish who nibble away at the dead skin on your feet.

I had no idea we were such trend setters. We went to visit Kate, Chris, Arla and Sam a few weeks ago at their awesome pad up on Orcas Island. In the little town of Eastsound, the water's edge is crawling with crabs of every size. Jeremy dipped his feet in the chilly water and noticed that the crabs took advantage by chomping off teeny pieces of skin. Although unlike the fancy fish pedicure, the crabs don't relegate themselves to dead skin and instead take entire chunks of skin.

It was a super fun weekend of farmers' markets, playing with the kids, super yummy food and lots of great conversation.

Trying to pack more summer fun in before the baby gets here. Well more of everything more house projects, more work, more going out for dinner, etc.
