When riding an elevator to a client meeting yesterday, a women gets in and looks me up and down and says:

Good lord, looks like you are going to pop pretty much any day now.

My cheerful response was...."Nope....two more months to go!" but I kind of wish I would have said..."Nope, just fat!"

Ack! I had the same experience, multiple times. I gained 60 pounds though, which might explain it. But to make you feel a teensy bit better, I started getting those elevator comments when I was 6 months pregnant. :)

Although I wish you had said the fat line, be happy that the woman assumed you were pregnant. I'm 14 weeks and just starting to show. (BTW...I'm pregnant!) Unfortunately, I'm not quite round enough to look definitively pregnant. I'm guessing most people assume I just have a big belly. No one gives up a seat on the train for a girl with a beer gut!

Hey Kim, Congrats!! Exciting news. You and I are in the get married and get immediately knocked up club :)

I also had a point around 4 months when I assumed everyone thought I had just really started to let my go. Hope your morning sickness is mild and your naps are plenty.
